Burnt Almond Curry Turkey
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
4 thick slices of leftover turkey breast, reheated
1 Tbs slivered almonds
1/2 cup peach yogurt
1 tsp curry powder
Directions:
In a small non-stick skillet over medium heat toast almonds until very brown. Remove and cool. Combine almonds, yogurt, and curry powder in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve over turkey slices.
